CCS Payroll, like almost every other payroll program on the market, has a very rich set of reports that come with the program:

Click on any button in the picture for more details. Preview the select report Enter Selection and Sorting Criteria for the Selected Report Specify a printer and its connection information Open a Custom Reports Export the selected report using one of many available formats Close this dialog Print the select report directly to the printer

What makes the program truly stand out, however, is the flexibility that these reports provide. You can:

  • Enter selection and sorting criteria. The criteria you enter determines which records will be printed and in what order. From the Criteria Dialog you can specify an output option (print, preview or export) for the report.
  • Create your own Custom Reports using Seagate Crystal Reports Generator version 6.0 or higher. Once created and properly defined, CCS will incorporate your reports into the Available Reports listing (pictured above) and treat them as if they had been pre-defined by CCS.
  • Export any report to over thirty different formats, including Excel, Word, Lotus, CSV, Text, ODBC, etc.

Given the tools at your disposal, the reporting possibilities are infinite!
